My Note: I love my potatoes this way. It gives them a little variety. I had them the other day with Steak and it all tasted very good. I like Basil, so I put quite a bit on mine. Basically when adding the pepper and basil I look at it and make sure it all has some on it, without getting them too covered. It is all a matter of taste.
This sounds like a great way to cook potatoes. Did you use dried basil for this recipe?
ReplyDeleteI did use dried Basil, but my sister always uses fresh basil when she makes it and it turns out great.
