Rosemary Salmon

Prep: 2 min. Cook: approx. 20 min.

Salmon
2-3 T. Butter, Melted
1 pkg. of Rosemary and Garlic Seasoning*

Place Salmon in Griddle**, skin down, and turn to Med-High heat.  Baste the Salmon with Butter.  Then sprinkle a little of the seasoning on the Salmon and let cook until done.  The Salmon will be light pink and flakey when all the way cooked. DO NOT TURN OVER, only cook on one side.

*I use the McCormick Potato Steamers, Roasted Garlic & Rosemary flavored.
**Depending on how much Salmon you have, you can cook it in a skillet or on the grill as well.  If you do either of these it will cook a little faster, because you can cover it while it cooks and it will steam it as well.  If you cook it on a grill you need to put the Salmon on aluminum foil so that it doesn't fall through the grates of the grill.

My Note:  I love this.  I really like Salmon anyway, but this seasoning makes it taste even better.  Try it and let me know what you think.  I used one package of seasoning for two big slabs of Salmon, their combined weight was about 3 1/2 pounds.
