Coconut oil is a great substitute for shortening and oil. I fry my veggies and things in it and it actually makes them taste better and it's healthier. I also add a little to my scrambled eggs and it adds a little flavor. There are lots of ways to use this. Let me know if you get some and what you think.
Remember, this sale only lasts through Sunday Sept 6th, so go on over now!
I tried clicking on the link for the free coconut oil and it didn't work... I'm so interested! :) And thanks for the tip on the foil post, I'd never thought of doing that... plus, I bet it helps prevent the tops of your lasagnas from sticking to the covering... :)
ReplyDeleteI fixed the link, sorry about that. The first link wasn't working and I don't know why. The second one was working for me, but now that deal is dead. If you are interested in trying to get the free sample the first link is working now. Sorry again for the problems.
ReplyDeleteThanks! Hopefully they consider me worthy of a free sample!
