Beef Stroganoff

Yield: 6 servings
Prep: 10 min.  Cook: 30 min.

1 lb. Hamburger, browned and drained
1 can Tomato Sauce
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1 Onion, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 C. Sour Cream

Combine all ingredients, except sour cream, and simmer for 1/2 or more.  Fold in sour cream 15 min. before serving.  Serve over Hot Rice.
