Vegetable Salad

1 Small Head of Cauliflower, cut up
1 Large Stalk Broccoli, cut up
2 Carrots, sliced thin
1/4 C. Chopped Red Onion
1 lb. Bacon, cooked and Crumbled
1 1/2 C. Mayonnaise
2 T. Mustard
1 T. Sugar
1/2 C. (or more) Parmesan Cheese

Make dressing out of Mayonnaise, Mustard, Sugar and Parmesan Cheese and mix well. Then add all the vegetables and bacon and mix until well coated.
